Managing DirectorHe has professional experience spanning 20+ years, undertaking numerous projects related to the fields of Health and Socio-economic Development with special emphasis on the areas of economic development and demography, self-help groups, rural development, micro-finance & livelihoods promotion, food & social security, etc. Shailendra specializes in awareness generation programs, training & capacity building programs and development & implementation of project plans at the field level. He has completed more than 50 large medium and small level projects. All the completed projects wereinvolved in rendering knowledge-based services to government departments, international agencies and Corporate sectors.
Manoj Awasthi
National Field Manager and CEOHaving professional experience more than 15 years, Mr. Awasthi has expertise with A to Z micro level field planning,Project conceptualization, primary data collection, and training. He alwaystrusted of qualitative interviews and innovative experimental data collection from gross level. He has completed many large scale surveys i.e. Rural Economic and Demographic Survey (REDS), Annual Health Survey (AHS), India Human Development Survey (IHDS), Evaluation of Sustainable Livelihood and adoption to climate Change (SLACC), Labor Transitory Market of recent Graduates, Independent Assessment of NRLM, Evaluation of PDS Program, National level Monitoring of Central Sponsored Scheme and many more. Currently Mr. Awasthi is overseeing whole field operations at SLR.
